Jenny is a Certified Nutrition Coach that combines her knowledge as a Certified Personal Trainer to give you a well rounded approach to improving your health. She specializes in sustainable macro counting. Jenny is also a Certified Running Coach that loves to push the limits of functional fitness. She is a mother of two and loves everything outdoors, especially volleyball and boating. She is a Peloton enthusiast, combining their workouts into her everyday routine.  Her personal approach will give you the resources and knowledge to be successful on your journey as a healthier, more confident you!
